Named for the late Elizabeth Chambers, who previously owned the winery, prior to the Hinman family, and before passing in 2018, this wine is crafted in keeping with what she enjoyed: a flavorful, fruit-forward wine that has elegance and finesse. 

Also sourced from Oregon’s Walla Walla Valley, this is a blend of 83% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Malbec, making it our first-ever Merlot-dominated blend. The Merlot we received in 2023 was so spectacular, we decided to make it the star of the show in this wine. The result is a blend that is rich, smooth, bursting with dark fruits and earth on the nose and on the palate, and lingers on the finish.
