The 2024 season brought a warm, steady summer and cool September nights, ideal for Pinot Gris. Early budbreak and even ripening led to balanced fruit with bright acidity and vibrant aromatics. Grapes were whole-cluster pressed andcold-settled overnight before fermentation in stainless steel to preserve vibrant fruit character. The wine aged on fine lees for three months to enhance texture and mouthfeel without sacrificing freshness.
